Grains show average length, with crystalline ruby colour, precious for their antioxidant content and high digestibility.
Cooking time approximately 40 minutes, better in a separate pot or in pressure cooker. Red rice easily adapts to every taste, which is strengthened by its aroma.
Perfect with vegetable and legume dishes, with white fish or in unique rice salads.
