This high quality flour is obatined from the “Pignoletto Rosso” corn which is an ancient and fine variety cultivated in Piedmont and especially in the Canavese area. Country-style taste like the polenta of the real tradition. Cooking time aprox. 30-40 minutes. You can also use “Pignoletto Rosso” in sweet recipes in which you want to bring taste and colour out of the wholegrain red part of the corn flour.
