Deliveries

Boxes are normally sent within 1 day from money receiving. They are sent by express courier BRT - DPD: we will send you tracking number by e-mail to trace your products online.

Shipping costs include managing, packing, and postal cost. Check the following rates*:

*These rates are intended plus VAT for private customers. In case of businesses enabled to do Intra-UE exchanges, shipping rates will be charged without VAT.

- Europe 1: Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Malta, Spain.

- Europe 2: Belgium, Denmark, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, UK, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary.

- Europe 3: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal.

We suggest grouping your products in one order. It is not possible for us to consolidate two or more separate orders so shipping costs will be charged for each order.

Boxes have adequate dimensions and your products are well protected for travelling.

Returns

Returns or product change are free of charge only in the case when non-conformity of ordered goods is caused by our mistake or for damages made by couriers during transport.

In case of wrong orders for customer’s responsibility, transport cost for the return of goods will be charged on customer and deducted from refundable amount.
