SHORTCRUST PASTRY Ingredients: Corn flour (25%), Rice flour 25%, vegetable fats (palm and sunflower oil), sugar, Italian pasteurized whole eggs, salt, emulsified: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavorings.
FILLING: Fig jam 30% (glucose-fructose syrup, figs 40%, sugar) citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, pectin.
